Four strategies help you find your dream job in the unpublished job market

Did you know that traditional business market covers only 30% of all available jobs at one time? Some experts claim that this traditional labor market covers no more than 10% of available jobs. Where are the other functions available?

The unpublished labor market, also known as the hidden labor market, covers about 70% of all jobs available in the market. But there is more; 80% of six-figure salary jobs are filled in the unpublished labor market. Also read about The Lion King Movie. Due to its importance, it should be part of the entire job search.

Let’s take a look at four strategies you can use to take advantage of the business opportunities hidden:

1. Do you have a list of companies of interest.

Why is it important to take the time to research companies? Because if you offer just to get a job you find, you’re wasting time and energy, although you may feel like you accomplish something by sending a lot of resumes.

The time you spend in advance searching for companies that interest you will benefit you in the long run, because you will not spend time and energy applying companies that do not fit your career plans. Instead, apply for jobs in your preferred area where you want to work.

2. Media interview

A media interview is one of the most effective tools to take advantage of the unpublished job market. In an in-kind interview, do an interview with an individual from the company or area of interest to gather information about the work environment, job opportunities, work ethics and other useful information, get feedback and tips on how to improve your chances of leaving the job where the search is, along with the fact that you will expand your network of contacts

3. Your Network as a source of information and references

When finding your next job, the importance of professional networking should never be ignored. Professional networks should already become part of your daily work and work-related efforts. Your professional network should be there when you need it, for the relationship between everyday things and looking for work and moving up the career ladder. Because we never know when we need it, it makes sense to have a professional network active, even if you don’t think you need it immediately.

4. Contact employers directly

Sometimes you may want to contact a potential employer directly, in addition to or instead of asking for an interesting job on their website. Also read about BitRAT.
